What is not eligible for affiliate commissions?
We encourage you to target non-branded keywords or broader market segments to drive new customer acquisitions. The following situations may result in your affiliate commission being unconverted/revoked:
- Brand keyword advertising: Orders generated through Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other platforms by targeting DatabaseMart brand keywords (e.g. including “DatabaseMart” or “DBM”) are not eligible for commission.
- Unauthorized promotion methods: This includes false advertising, misleading content, or using DatabaseMart’s name or branding without permission.
- A referred client requests a refund or cancels the server within the first 40 days.
- A referred client is verified as a fraud. Note: If you have withdrawn the commissions from a fraud order, we will deduct the available commissions from your other referred orders.
- Purchased products are not direct hosting products, such as SSL or Domain.
- A false referrer-referee relationship is identified. For example, if you register multiple accounts with us and order services from each account’s affiliate links, we will treat these orders are all from you. In this situation, you will not be able to withdraw these unadmitted commissions.
- Referred clients fail to complete the purchase within the first 24 hours after the click of the affiliate link.
- The products are not purchased via the affiliate’s link.
