Violations will result in a warning and may lead to commission reversal.
Repeated violations may result in account suspension.
Affiliate Approvals
All affiliate applications are audited upon sign-up to ensure brand compliance.
Serena Uziyel reserves the right to approve or reject affiliates at its sole discretion.
Returned Goods
Commission validation occurs over a 45-day period.
Commissions for returned goods will be revoked.
Cancelled Orders
Commissions for cancelled or returned orders within the refund period will be forfeited.
Commissions tied to fraudulent activity or customer refund requests will also be forfeited.
Unacceptable Promotions
Promotions are not allowed on:
Deal or coupon websites (unless pre-approved)
Auction, gaming, pornographic, or counterfeit-related sites
All loyalty, cashback, coupon, or discount sites must be high-quality and pre-approved.
Breach of Terms
Serena Uziyel reserves the right to withhold commissions from affiliates who breach any of these terms.
Content Guidelines for Influencers
Influencer content must include clear advertising disclosure, using one or more of the following hashtags:

Shipping & Delivery Policy
Estimated Delivery Times and Fees
UK and EU Orders: Standard shipping within 7 working days – Up to €65
USA Orders: Standard shipping within 7 working days – Free
Rest of the World: Standard shipping within 7 working days – Up to $70
Return Policy
Returns accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.
Items must be new, unused, unwashed, and returned with the original invoice and undamaged packaging.
Returns without identification (name, notification) will not be accepted.
Refund Terms:
Only the product price is refunded.
Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
