Program Terms – Groupon UK
Welcome to the Groupon UK Affiliate Program on Awin. To ensure a successful and compliant partnership, please review and follow the terms below:
Commission Eligibility
Commissions are paid on valid, completed purchases made via tracked Awin links on groupon.co.uk.
Commission is calculated on the net order value, excluding VAT, shipping, Groupon Bucks, gift cards, and discounts.

Commission Exclusions
No commission will be paid on:
Gift card purchases
Orders using Groupon Bucks
Cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent transactions
Select excluded offers or services (see program or ask for details)
Paid Search Policy
Bidding on “Groupon” trademarks or misspellings is strictly prohibited.
You may not use “Groupon” in ad copy, display URLs, or domains.
Direct linking from paid search ads to Groupon is not allowed.
Affiliates must clearly identify themselves in search ads (e.g., "affiliate site").
Email and Messaging
Email marketing campaigns using the Groupon brand, name, or logo require prior written approval.
All emails must comply with UK PECR, CAN-SPAM, and GDPR regulations, include clear disclosures, and offer opt-out options.
Sub-Affiliates and Networks
Sub-affiliate networks are allowed only with prior written approval.
You are responsible for monitoring and enforcing compliance across your network.
Only one level of sub-affiliation is permitted. Further tiers are not allowed.
Prohibited Activities
The following are not permitted and may result in removal from the program:
Trademark bidding or domain squatting
Use of misleading content or fake coupons
Unauthorized software downloads or pop-ups
Framing or copying Groupon’s website or branding
Posting unapproved or hidden promotional codes
Cookie stuffing or incentivized clicks
Compliance and Termination
You must comply with Awin’s Code of Conduct and all applicable laws.
Groupon reserves the right to withhold commissions or remove publishers due to non-compliance, fraud, or misuse of the program.
