KLUR BOTANICS LLC AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS
Thank you for your interest in becoming an affiliate partner with Klur Botanics LLC (“KLUR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Our affiliate program is designed to share the mission of mindful, eco-inclusive, and science-backed skin health with a wider community while rewarding our trusted partners.
By participating in the KLUR Affiliate Program (the “Program”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Definitions
“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your” means the individual or entity applying to or participating in the Program.
“Site” refers to www.klur.co.
“Affiliate Platform” refers to the affiliate marketing network that hosts the KLUR program (e.g., AWIN).
“Affiliate Materials” refers to the creatives, banners, links, and other assets provided by KLUR to affiliates.
2. Enrollment and Approval
All applications will be reviewed. We reserve the right to approve or deny any application for any reason. Preference will be given to affiliates aligned with KLUR’s brand values, such as clean beauty, skin health, sustainability, and wellness.
3. Commission and Payment
Standard commission: 10% per sale, with seasonal bonus opportunities.
Cookie window: 30 days.
Commission is only awarded for sales made through valid affiliate links within the approved cookie window.
Commission is paid monthly via the affiliate platform, after a 30-day validation period.
4. Marketing Guidelines
Affiliates agree to:
Use only approved marketing materials found in the Affiliate Platform toolbox.
Link directly to KLUR’s official site and not frame the site in any way.
Refrain from making false claims, misleading product benefits, or unauthorized discount offers.
Disclose affiliate relationships in compliance with FTC and IAB guidelines.
5. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
Bid on trademarked terms (“KLUR,” “KLUR Botanics,” or variations) in any search engine marketing campaigns (e.g., Google Ads).
Use pop-ups, pop-unders, forced redirects, or cookie stuffing.
Register domain names or create websites that impersonate KLUR’s brand or website.
Promote unapproved or expired coupon codes.
Engage in email campaigns without written approval from KLUR.
Post affiliate links on coupon, deal, or cashback sites unless specifically approved.
Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of commissions.
6. Content Usage and Brand Representation
Affiliates may not use KLUR content, product images, or messaging beyond what is provided in the Affiliate Toolbox without written permission. All representation of the KLUR brand must align with our tone: elegant, expert, transparent, and wellness-driven.
7. Termination
KLUR reserves the right to terminate or suspend your participation in the program at any time, with or without notice, especially in the case of suspected fraud, misrepresentation, or breach of terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
KLUR is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or other consequential losses in relation to the affiliate program.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the program after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
