AROVE Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
General
These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the AROVE Affiliate Program. By signing up, you agree to abide by all terms outlined below.
Validations
Commission is paid on approved sales only and validated on a monthly basis. An approved sale meets the following criteria:
• The sale is approved by AROVE, with payment received and the order not returned.
• The sale has tracked on a last-click-wins basis through the affiliate network platform to the specific affiliate ID.
• The affiliate has followed all AROVE and affiliate network terms and conditions.
• A non-affiliate code has not been used during the sale (only codes issued through the affiliate network specifically for the affiliate’s use are allowed).
PPC Policy
Affiliates are not permitted to:
• Bid on AROVE brand terms or variations/misspellings in any PPC advertising.
• Use brand terms in display URLs.
• Link directly to the AROVE website via paid ads.
Violating these policies may result in commission denial and removal from the program.
Loyalty and Voucher Code Sites
• Loyalty and voucher code sites are not permitted.
• Affiliates may only use voucher codes issued via the affiliate network and pre-approved by AROVE.
Use of Voucher Codes
• Only codes provided through the affiliate program may be advertised.
• Codes from other sources or expired/invalid offers may not be used.
• Misleading tactics (e.g., “click to activate” for non-existent offers or cookie-stuffing) are strictly prohibited.
Email Marketing
• All email campaigns must be approved by AROVE.
• Affiliates must have appropriate consumer marketing consents before sending emails.
Social Media
• Affiliates must disclose any promotional activity on social media to AROVE for review and approval.
Declined Sales
Sales will not qualify for commission if:
• Tracking fails due to improperly formatted links.
• The sale is cancelled, returned, or occurs after program termination.
• The customer was referred via prohibited methods (e.g., paid search, redirect links).
Untracked Sales
• Affiliates must raise tracking issues within 45 days of the transaction date.
• Queries submitted after this window will not be honored.
