Thank you for your interest in becoming an affiliate for MODE Beach Company ("we," "us," or "our"). These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in our Affiliate Program ("Program"). By signing up, you agree to comply with these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and have an active online presence (website, blog, or social media platform) that aligns with our brand values. We reserve the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.

To enroll, complete the affiliate application form. Upon approval, you will receive access to your unique affiliate link, promotional materials, and reporting dashboard.

Affiliates earn a [insert percentage, e.g., 10%] commission on every sale referred using their unique affiliate link.

Commissions are calculated based on the net sale amount (excluding taxes, shipping, and returns).

Payouts are made on a monthly basis via [PayPal/bank transfer/etc.], once a minimum threshold of $[insert amount] is reached.

Commissions are held for 30 days to account for returns and chargebacks before being eligible for payout.

You may promote MODE Beach Company using your unique affiliate link via blogs, websites, email newsletters, and social media platforms.

Affiliates may not:

Use false or misleading claims.

Bid on our branded keywords (e.g., "MODE Beach Company") in search engine marketing.

Use spam or unsolicited emails to promote links.

Present themselves as a representative of MODE Beach Company.

Affiliates may use approved logos, banners, and product images provided by MODE Beach Company. Any modifications or custom promotional content must be pre-approved.

We use a 30-day tracking cookie. If a user clicks your affiliate link and makes a purchase within 30 days, you will receive credit for the sale.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your affiliate account at any time, with or without cause. Reasons for termination may include:

Violation of these Terms

Inactivity for more than 3 months

Use of unethical marketing practices

MODE Beach Company will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with the Program. Our total liability will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you under this agreement.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
