These terms & conditions govern the use of our website, dxbchoc.com. By accessing and using this website you agree to the following. If you do not agree with these terms & conditions, please do not continue to access or use this website.
All prices are correct at the time of publication, however we reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notification.
VAT invoices can be emailed on request to your registered email address once goods are dispatched.
We aim to dispatch goods within 24hrs of the order being placed unless the order is received after 3 pm on Friday in which case it will usually be dispatched the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. Dispatch may take slightly longer during peak periods, we’ll do our best to inform you of any delays by email.
Free mainland UK delivery on orders over £15. UK Islands, Northern Ireland & other countries may be subject to additional delivery charges, please contact us for delivery charges to your address.
It may be necessary to send items separately if all items on your order are not available for dispatch together, this will not incur any extra delivery charges.
We do our best to keep our website updated with the latest product information and images, however from time to time, a manufacturer may change an item slightly, in particular the packaging. All images on our website are for reference only and the product received may differ slightly.
Some products may not be available for shipping outside of the UK due to courier and / or customs restrictions.
We reserve the right to reject any order placed with us without giving any reason. If an order is rejected we will attemptto notify the buyer by using the email address given.
All products are subject to availability. Whilst we aim to have accurate stock levels listed on our website, from time to time we may experience high demand and products may be out of stock. In this event, we will contact you to advise of a later delivery date where possible or to arrange a refund if the item is no longer available.
