Currency
Financial transactions covered by this Template Term will be processed in the USD currency. Currency exchanges will occur when you or your partner(s) have set a different default currency in account settings.
Change Notification Period
The Contract can be changed or cancelled with 7 days notification to the Partner.
Reversal Policy
Reversal of performance advertising actions are decided by the Advertiser governed by a max reversal percentage of 100%
Partner Tracking Pixel
Advertiser does NOT allow Partner to fire their tracking pixel when the consumer action is completed.
Compliance
Do not show inappropriate images or vocabulary. This includes, but is not limited to: sexual image, too much cleavage or too revealing clothes, violence, profanity, any kinds of cursing (even cursing words in the background music).
No type of firearm or weapon should be shown - not even objects that simulate or resemble weapons;
No alcohol / tobacco / gambling scenes can be included in the content;
Avoid discussing politics / religion / public affairs in the content. Examples include reference to the coronavirus and each country's containment measures, recent elections or discussion of national leadership, comparison of different religions, etc;
Discourses that reinforce gender, sexuality, social status and region and correlated stereotypes should be avoided;
Discourses that are exclusive and that may sound offensive (even if in a comical tone) should also be avoided;
Do not propagate any content that is harmful to CapCut's brand and that relates to CapCut's competitors;
Do not show any third party logo or IP address in your content.
Do not use the BGM for your video without copyright.

How do we define CPS?
The conversion path:
A shares an onelink on his social platforms, and B downloads CapCut through this onelink, and pay at least one month's Pro membership. Then A gets x% of the Pro fee.
