❌ Prohibited Promotional Activities
Trademark and Brand Bidding Restrictions

- Prohibited from bidding on brand keywords: gokotta, gokottalifestyle, gökotta, etc.
Website Usage Restrictions
- Prohibited from directly linking to the checkout page of the brand's website
- Prohibited from mimicking the brand's website design to mislead consumers
- Prohibited from creating fake official websites or subdomains
Brand Asset Protection
- Unauthorized use of the brand's logo, images, or any official materials is prohibited
- Prohibited from claiming to be an official authorized retailer or distributor
Advertising Content Restrictions
- Prohibited from running shopping ads (Google Shopping, Facebook Shop, etc.)
- Prohibited from using misleading ads (e.g., "limited time offers," "free," "factory direct")
- Prohibited from posting fake reviews or ratings
Technical Operations Prohibited
- Prohibited from manipulating data through technical means (e.g., fake clicks, order padding)

Warning: Any affiliate who does not follow these rules will be suspended and the commissions will not be paid.
⚠️ Violation Handling Mechanism
First Violation
- A written warning will be issued and must be corrected within 7 days
- New order commissions suspended until issue is resolved
Second Violation
- Commission payment suspension for 30 days
- Termination of partnership for severe cases
Severe Violations
- Immediate termination and freezing of all unpaid commissions
- Partners must not manipulate data through technical means; violators will be subject to legal action by the brand
💰 Commission Rejection Terms
The brand reserves the right to reject commissions under the following circumstances:
- Orders arising from fraudulent activities
- The partner uses unauthorized promotional channels or advertising content that does not comply with brand guidelines
- Orders that are refunded or returned
- Self-referral orders (partners purchasing products themselves)
- Orders obtained through prohibited channels
- Promotional content that violates brand values (unsustainable or unhealthy lifestyle messaging)
📅 Awin Platform Tracking and Payment Terms
Attribution and Tracking

- Tracking Period: 30 days click tracking allowed
- Platform: All tracking managed through Awin affiliate network
- Order Lock Period: Orders are locked for 27 days at the end of the month when they are tracked
Awin Payment Schedule
- Payment Frequency: Twice monthly via Awin platform
- 1st of month: Covers commissions validated until 15th of previous month
- 15th of month: Covers commissions validated until 30th/31st of previous month

- Partners are responsible for tax reporting and compliance in their country or region, including but not limited to the declaration and payment of any applicable sales tax, VAT, or other taxes
- The brand does not withhold any taxes from the partner's commissions; all tax obligations are the partner's responsibility

🔚 Contract Termination Conditions

- No effective promotional activity for 3 consecutive months
- 30-day written notice from either party
