In addition to the official terms of use of the affiliate platform (e.g., Awin), the following are the specific terms and policies for the UWANT Affiliate Program.

To be an authorized affiliate of the UWANT program, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below.

UWANT Trademark Protection

You may NOT use the brand names UWANT, uwanthome.com, or any variations/misspellings thereof in any way, including but not limited to:

●Pay-per-click (PPC) advertising on search engines

●Meta tags, hidden text, or source code

●Domain names or URL structures

●Redirecting traffic to any site other than our official website

You may not bid on any keyword in PPC advertising if it includes any of our brand terms or variations/misspellings. You may also not bid on standalone terms that are confusingly similar to our brand.

UWANT PPC Policy

●All PPC advertising on any search engine is strictly prohibited.

●Any PPC ads that link directly to uwanthome.com using brand keywords are forbidden.

Penalties for Violating UWANT Affiliate Rules

●First Violation:You will be warned and required to remove all violations immediately.

      ●If you respond and resolve all issues within 3 days, your commission for 7 days from the violation date will be voided.

      ●If no response is received within 7 days, your account may be restricted and all lifetime commissions may be forfeited.

      ●Once brand infringement is detected, the cooperation will be immediately terminated, all orders will be canceled, and the account will be permanently banned.

● Second Violation:Your affiliate account will be permanently terminated and all unpaid commissions will be forfeited.

Use of Coupon Codes

●Affiliates may not promote coupon codes obtained from outside the affiliate program (e.g., our website, newsletters).
●Only coupon codes officially listed in the UWANT affiliate program are authorized. 
●Written permission is required for any outside use.

Restrictions on Website Promotions

●Adult content is strictly prohibited.

●You may not present yourself as UWANT or act on behalf of UWANT.

●Do not use the UWANT brand name in your domain.

●No spam advertising is allowed.

●You may not alter or copy our logo or website.

●Do not use the UWANT logo as your profile, header, or website logo.

●Websites related to defamation, obscenity, racism, pornography, alcohol, tobacco, gambling, or any content that violates civil or criminal laws are strictly prohibited.

Fraud and Misuse

Fraudulent activity includes but is not limited to:

●Using bots, scripts, iframes, or manual refreshes to generate fake clicks or sales

●Attempting to manipulate traffic solely for commission gain

Any fraud will result in immediate termination of the account and forfeiture of commissions.

No Dropshipping

Affiliates are not allowed to engage in dropshipping with UWANT. Dropshipping orders will not be honored.

Prohibited Practices

●DNS hijacking, domain hijacking, or use of black-hat technology

●Framing or masking our website in any way

●Creating false representations or modifying our website content

●Violating these policies may result in warnings, a commission rate of 0%, or termination.

FTC Disclosure Compliance

All affiliates must comply with FTC disclosure guidelines regarding compensation transparency.

Changes to Terms

UWANT reserves the right to update, suspend, or change these terms at any time.
Changes will be communicated via the website, affiliate blog, or email.
Affiliates may accept the changes or withdraw from the program.

This policy takes effect officially from May 23, 2025.
