Eligibility and Acceptance
To join the Spectrum Collections Affiliate Program, applicants must have a valid, active website, blog, social media account, or other online presence relevant to the beauty, cosmetics, or lifestyle sectors. We review all applications and reserve the right to accept or reject any affiliate based on the suitability of their platform and alignment with our brand values.
Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates are expected to promote Spectrum Collections ethically and professionally, using approved marketing materials provided by us. Affiliates agree not to engage in any misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent advertising practices, including but not limited to false claims, unauthorized discounts, or misrepresentation of our products. Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including advertising and privacy laws.
Commission Structure and Payment
Affiliates earn commissions on sales generated through their unique referral links. Commission rates, payment thresholds, and schedules will be clearly communicated upon program acceptance. Commissions are paid only for sales that are confirmed, paid, and not subject to returns or cancellations. Spectrum Collections reserves the right to withhold commissions for fraudulent or suspicious transactions.
Tracking and Reporting
All sales are tracked via affiliate-specific referral links and cookies. Affiliates are responsible for monitoring their performance and commissions through the affiliate dashboard. Spectrum Collections does not guarantee tracking accuracy if affiliates use methods that interfere with link tracking, such as link cloaking or redirecting.
Brand Usage and Intellectual Property
Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use Spectrum Collections’ trademarks, logos, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting our products. Any other use of our intellectual property is prohibited without prior written permission. Affiliates must ensure all promotional content aligns with our brand guidelines and values.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate termination from the affiliate program:
Using false or misleading advertising tactics
Spamming or unsolicited email marketing
Bidding on Spectrum Collections’ trademarked terms in paid search advertising without prior consent
Offering unauthorized discounts, coupons, or promotions
Engaging in any illegal or unethical behavior that harms Spectrum Collections’ reputation
Termination and Suspension
Spectrum Collections reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate’s participation in the program at any time, with or without cause. Reasons may include violation of these terms, poor performance, or damage to the brand’s reputation. Upon termination, all rights to promote the brand and earn commissions will cease immediately.
Disclosure and Compliance
Affiliates are required to disclose their affiliate relationship with Spectrum Collections in a clear and conspicuous manner as mandated by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and any other applicable authorities. Transparency is essential to maintain trust with customers and comply with legal standards.
Modification of Terms
Spectrum Collections may update or modify these program terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email or through the affiliate portal. Continued participation after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Limitation of Liability
Spectrum Collections makes no guarantees regarding the success or earnings of any affiliate. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program.
