Unique Kulture Affiliate Program Terms
Commission Structure:
Affiliates earn 8% commission on all qualifying sales (excluding returns, cancellations, shipping, and taxes).
Commission is validated and paid after a 30-day returns period, with auto-validation at 37 days.
Cookie Duration:
30 days. Affiliates will be credited for sales made within 30 days of the customer’s first click.
Payouts:
Approved commissions are paid promptly after the auto-validation period, provided your Awin account is in good standing.
Prohibited Activities:
No bidding on “Unique Kulture” branded keywords, misspellings, or variations in PPC campaigns.
No use of adware, spyware, or cookie stuffing.
No unauthorized coupon codes or misleading promotions.
No spam, forced clicks, or incentivized traffic.
Promotional Guidelines:
Affiliates may use approved banners, text links, and creative assets provided by Unique Kulture.
Content publishers, bloggers, influencers, and deal sites are welcome.
Social media promotion is allowed, but do not misrepresent the brand or use fake accounts.
Returns & Cancellations:
Commissions are not paid on orders that are returned or cancelled within the 30-day return window.
Brand Guidelines:
Affiliates must represent Unique Kulture accurately and professionally.
Do not alter logos or creative assets without permission.
Do not make false claims about Unique Kulture products or policies.
Termination:
Unique Kulture reserves the right to remove affiliates who violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or unethical practices.
