APPROVAL
To join the 16Arlington Affiliate Programme, your website must first be approved. We are looking to partner with affiliates whose platforms align with our brand values, goals, and aesthetic. 16Arlington reserves the right to decline or terminate participation in the programme at any time without prior notice.
CREATIVES
Affiliates may use only the official creatives, banners, logos, and tracking links provided within the Awin platform. Modification or alteration of any creative assets is strictly prohibited. If you require custom creatives or formats, please contact us for approval before publication.
PPC CAMPAIGNS
All brand, product-specific, or generic PPC activity related to 16Arlington or any of its products is not permitted. Any traffic or sales generated through unauthorised paid search campaigns will be disqualified, and may result in immediate termination of the partnership.
CONTENT AND PROMOTIONS
Remarketing and retargeting activities are not allowed under any circumstances.
Affiliates must not publish offensive, discriminatory, political, pornographic, erotic, or harmful content.
For social media content (e.g. posts or stories), #ad or relevant ad disclosure hashtags must be clearly stated.
16Arlington reserves the right to block or suspend publishers who do not follow our content or brand guidelines.
PROMOTIONAL CODES
Only promotional codes and coupons provided through the Awin programme are authorised. Any transactions resulting from unapproved or unauthorised discount codes will not be attributed or paid. Affiliates are not permitted to distribute, promote or share promotional offers or codes outside those expressly approved by 16Arlington within the programme.
VALIDATION OF TRANSACTIONS
All transactions and user registrations are subject to internal verification and validation. Commissions will only be paid for valid orders that meet our criteria and are not cancelled or returned.
Validation occurs within 45 days of the transaction.
Only last-click conversions will be credited.
In the event of policy or brand guideline violations, 16Arlington reserves the right to cancel ongoing transactions and terminate the partnership immediately.
