GroundingTime® Affiliate Programme Terms
GroundingTime® is a wellness-focused sleep brand offering grounding sheets made with organic bamboo and silver fiber for US & Canada customers. We welcome quality affiliates who resonate with our mission to help people sleep better, feel calmer, and reconnect with nature.
🔹 1. Publisher Benefits
Once approved, affiliates will receive:
- Welcome email with creatives & guidelines
- Access to exclusive product education materials
- Bonus commission opportunities during launches & promotions
- Priority access to new product drops and campaigns
- Personalized support via email & monthly affiliate updates
🔹 2. Commission Structure & Rates
Standard commission:
- 15% per sale for general affiliates
- 20% per sale for approved content creators (blogs, YouTube, newsletters, etc.)
Bonus tiers:
- 18% commission for affiliates generating $3,000+ monthly sales
- 23% commission for content creators driving 3,000+ monthly sales
💡 All commissions are calculated based on net sales.
Affiliates must remain compliant with GroundingTime® brand guidelines and AWIN policies to qualify for bonuses.
🔹 3. Validation Process
- Sales are validated after a 30-day return window
- Cancelled or refunded orders will not be eligible for commission
- Affiliates must comply with our brand guidelines to remain active
🔹 4. Voucher Code Policy
- Only approved discount codes issued via AWIN’s Voucher Centre or Communication Centre may be promoted
- Personal coupon sites must request approval before use
- Unauthorized or leaked codes will result in commission cancellation
🔹 5. Statement of Consequences
We reserve the right to reverse commissions, suspend or remove accounts under the following conditions:
- Use of non-approved discount codes
- Trademark bidding or misleading claims
- Fake reviews, misleading health claims, or FTC non-compliance
- Cookie stuffing or any fraudulent activity
🔹 6. Cookie Period
- The default cookie period is 30 days
- Last-click attribution applies unless otherwise negotiated
