Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) carefully before applying to join the KINRADEN Affiliate Program (“Program”). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, which govern your relationship with KINRADEN and your use of affiliate tools, links, and materials. These terms are designed to ensure a transparent and mutually beneficial partnership.
1. Eligibility and Enrollment
To be eligible to participate in the KINRADEN Affiliate Program, you must:
• Be at least 18 years of age;
• Operate a legitimate website, blog or social media presence.
• Not promote adult content, hate speech, discrimination, violence, or any illegal activity.
Participation is subject to KINRADEN’s approval, which may be withheld for any reason at our sole discretion.
2. Use of Affiliate Links and Creatives
• Affiliates must use only the tracking links and creatives provided through the approved affiliate network.
• Direct linking to www.kinraden.com outside the affiliate platform is prohibited.
• All links must be sourced from the official product feed or offer section. Unauthorized links may result in commission denial.
• Affiliate content must be written in English unless prior written approval is granted.
3. Influencer and Content Creator Participation
KINRADEN welcomes collaboration with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors.
Creators must:
• Produce original, high-quality content featuring KINRADEN products.
• Use approved affiliate links from Awin in all posts or bios where commissions are tracked.
• Include clear and conspicuous disclosures of material relationships in compliance with U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC)
Endorsement Guides. Disclosures must be unambiguous (e.g., #ad, #sponsored, or “This post contains affiliate links and I may earn a commission.”);
• Submit all content for review.
• Grant KINRADEN the right to repurpose submitted content for use in organic social media, Community Newsletter, and PR communications, with credit given.
Content creators are expected to maintain a standard of quality and aesthetic consistent with the KINRADEN brand. KINRADEN reserves the right to reject or request edits to any content that does not align with our values or standards.
4. Marketing and Email Communications
• Affiliates must obtain written approval before distributing emails that reference KINRADEN or the affiliate program.
• Approved banners, links, and creative materials may be placed on your own website, blog, social media, or in newsletters.
• Affiliates must not impersonate or misrepresent themselves as official representatives of KINRADEN.
5. Prohibited Practices
The following actions are prohibited and will result in removal from the program, reversal of commissions, or both:
• PPC campaigns are strictly forbidden for any search engine.
• Registering or using domain names/subdomains that contain “KINRADEN” or confusing variants.
• Cloaking, URL masking, or falsely presenting as KINRADEN.
• Advertising via desktop applications, pop-ups, or auto-redirects.
• Automatically opening merchant pages without user intent (e.g., forced clicks or iframe loading).
• Using bots, auto-refreshers, or scripts to simulate traffic, clicks, or sales.
• Misrepresentation on social media (e.g., falsely claiming official partnership, copying brand language, logos, or impersonating KINRADEN).
• Creating content that violates local laws, or consumer protection regulations.
6. Fraud and Abuse
Fraudulent activity will not be tolerated and includes, but is not limited to:
• Artificially generating clicks, leads, or sales using deceptive tools or behavior;
• Misrepresenting your traffic sources or promotional methods;
• Violating platform policies (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) where promotional content is posted.
• Violations may result in immediate termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.
7. Termination and Enforcement
KINRADEN reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the Program at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:
• Breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Engaging in deceptive or unethical marketing practices.
• Failure to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Termination will result in deactivation of your tracking links and loss of eligibility for any pending or future commissions.
8. Limitation of Liability
KINRADEN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising in connection with your participation in the Program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Modifications
KINRADEN may update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notification of significant changes will be provided via email or through the affiliate platform. Your continued participation in the Program constitutes your acceptance of any such changes.
