Keyword Restrictions
Partners are not permitted to promote LENY on any internet search engine using brand-specific terms including, but not limited to, “LENY,” “LENY Girl,” or any confusingly similar names, unless explicitly agreed in writing by LENY.
Bidding on generic, product-related terms is allowed. To prevent broad match issues, we recommend adding restricted terms as negative keywords in your PPC campaigns.
Any affiliate found to be bidding on brand terms without permission will receive 0% commission until the matter is resolved. If you wish to run brand-related activity, you must contact us first.
Voucher Code Use
Only official discounts and voucher codes issued by the LENY Digital Marketing Team may be promoted by affiliates. These may not be advertised as eligible for combination with other discounts or offers unless explicitly approved by LENY.
Expired codes must be removed from your website and promotional channels immediately upon expiry and must not be communicated to consumers in any capacity.
De-duplication
All affiliate sales are subject to de-duplication against other online marketing channels, including direct, CRM, PPC, paid social, display, and shopping. LENY reserves the right to withhold commission on sales attributed to these channels.
Breach of Policy
LENY reserves the right to withhold commission payments from any affiliate partner found to be in breach of these terms.
