Terms and Conditions
Version 1.0 – June 2025
Tinytography will pay the following commission rates through its affiliate programme:
- 8% on all sales:
8% on full-price sales generated from new customers - 8% on all full-price sales generated from existing customers
- 8% commission on sale or discounted items
There is a 30-day cookie length on the Tinytography affiliate programme. All eligible transactions tracked during this period will be eligible for commission, provided they meet the terms below.
Voucher Codes
Affiliates may only promote voucher codes that are issued through the Tinytography affiliate programme — either by AWIN or directly from Tinytography.
Tinytography reserves the right to withhold commission for any transactions driven by the use of unauthorised codes. Any affiliate found displaying or promoting unauthorised voucher codes may have their commission set to zero until those codes are removed.
Where voucher codes are provided with expiry dates, these must be clearly displayed, and either removed or explicitly marked as expired after the date has passed. Affiliates who display expired codes without this clarity may be suspended from the programme.
All affiliates are expected to follow the IAB voucher code best practice guidelines.
Affiliate PPC (Paid Search) Guidelines
Tinytography enforces a strict policy regarding Paid Search advertising. This includes activity on:
- Google, Bing, and other search engines
- Ad networks
- Paid social placements
No paid search activity is permitted without express prior consent from Tinytography. Repeated violations may result in:
- Declined commissions
- Potential suspension or removal from the programme
Keyword Policy
To avoid keyword bidding conflicts, affiliates must add the following as negative broad match keywords in all Paid Search campaigns:
- tinytography.co.uk
- tinytography.com
- tinytography voucher code
- newborn photography
- Any close variants or misspellings thereof
Launches & Product Promotions
Tinytography may occasionally launch special product releases or campaigns where no commission will be paid. These will be clearly communicated via AWIN’s News Manager within 24 hours of launch.
Affiliates must not promote these launches unless explicitly directed by Tinytography or AWIN. Promotion of such products before the agreed launch time may result in commission declines and potential removal from the programme.
Content & Scraping Policy
Affiliates are not permitted to scrape Tinytography's website for product information or images. All content must be sourced through the official product/data feeds provided via AWIN. Affiliates are permitted to obtain imagery and product information from the website for content and articles but must confirm inform TinyTography of usage. TinyTography will not withhold it’s consent when the information is used correctly but retains the right to restrict affiliates to content directly provided.
