Thank you for your interest in promoting West Berkshire Roastery. To ensure a smooth and successful partnership, please review the following terms and conditions for our affiliate programme:
1. Commission & Tracking
Affiliates earn 10% commission on valid sales generated through their unique tracking links.
Our tracking cookie duration is 30 days. Commission is attributed to the last referring affiliate within this window.
Commission is calculated on the final sale value, excluding VAT, shipping, and refunds.
2. Payout & Validation
All commissions are subject to a validation period of up to 30 days post-sale to account for cancellations or returns.
Only completed, non-refunded orders are eligible for commission.
Payments are managed and issued via Awin, in accordance with their terms.
3. Promotion Guidelines
Affiliates must represent West Berkshire Roastery accurately and must not make misleading or exaggerated claims about our coffee or services.
No “miracle” claims (e.g., “this coffee cures fatigue”) — our products are about flavour, freshness, and quality, not health claims.
Affiliates may not use paid search ads (PPC) to bid on branded terms (e.g., “West Berkshire Roastery,” “WBR Coffee”) or use misspellings without prior approval.
4. Code Usage
Only affiliate links and assets provided via Awin will be tracked for commission.
Use of any unauthorised discount or voucher code may result in declined commissions.
5. Brand Representation
Affiliates may not copy, clone, or misrepresent our website, brand, or products.
Use of the name “West Berkshire Roastery” or variations in domains, social media handles, or advertising copy requires written approval.
6. Prohibited Content
Affiliates must not promote West Berkshire Roastery through:
Misleading, false, or aggressive marketing
Inappropriate or offensive material
Spam, cookie stuffing, or fraudulent activity
Any activity in breach of applicable advertising and consumer protection laws
7. Termination
West Berkshire Roastery reserves the right to remove affiliates at any time for non-compliance, misuse, or behaviour that risks damage to our brand.
