Branding Guidelines

To ensure that Zello is represented accurately and consistently across all marketing channels, affiliates are required to follow the branding guidelines outlined below. These guidelines are designed to protect the integrity of our brand and support high-quality promotion across the affiliate network.

Approved Brand Use

Affiliates may only use official logos, images, banners, and brand assets that have been provided through the Awin platform or directly by the Zello team.

The brand name must always be presented as Zello, with a capital “Z” and no alterations.

All promotional content should align with Zello’s current visual identity and messaging.

Prohibited Brand Use

Do not modify the Zello logo in any way, including changes to color, proportions, or style.

Do not create custom versions or derivatives of the Zello brand, including unauthorized slogans, sub-logos, or badges.

Do not imply a formal partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement beyond the scope of the affiliate relationship.

Affiliates must not impersonate Zello or create marketing materials that may mislead users into thinking they are interacting directly with the Zello brand.

Website and Social Media Promotion

Affiliates must clearly identify themselves as independent partners when promoting Zello on websites or social media platforms.

Content must be truthful, accurate, and consistent with Zello’s brand voice, which is professional, helpful, and customer-focused.

Use of brand assets on social media or other public-facing channels must reflect the quality and tone expected from Zello’s direct communications.

Brand Asset Requests

For updated logos, product imagery, or questions about appropriate brand use, affiliates may contact the Zello team through the Awin interface or reach out to their affiliate manager.

Non-compliance with these branding guidelines may result in suspension or removal from the affiliate programme, and any associated commissions may be withheld.
