Commission Structure
Default Commission Rate: 10% of net sales (excluding taxes, shipping, and returns)
Cookie Duration: 30 days
Commission is approved only on valid, non-returned purchases.
Program Eligibility
We welcome applications from affiliates who:
Have content relevant to health, wellness, fitness, food, or clean living
Maintain websites, blogs, newsletters, or social media accounts with active, engaged audiences
Operate in compliance with FTC guidelines and Awin’s publisher policies
Munch Better reserves the right to approve or reject any application at our discretion.
Prohibited Promotional Methods
To protect our brand integrity, affiliates may NOT:
Use paid search ads (Google, Bing, etc.) bidding on brand terms or misspellings (e.g., “MunchBetter,” “Much Better,” etc.)
Use cookie stuffing, spyware, or any form of fraudulent tracking
Mislead users with false product claims or unauthorized discounts
Post affiliate links on coupon sites or deal forums without prior approval
Use email marketing without proof of opt-in consent
Create social media accounts or web domains that impersonate Munch Better or claim to be an official representative
Violating these rules may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of commissions.
Brand Guidelines
Affiliates must:
Represent Munch Better truthfully and professionally
Only use official logos, product photos, and brand assets provided or approved by Munch Better
Refrain from altering product claims or making unverified health statements

Commission Validation & Payout
Commissions are validated after the 30-day return window
Orders that are canceled, refunded, or returned will not qualify for commission
Payouts are handled via Awin’s platform according to their schedule and processing policies
Program Changes & Termination
Munch Better reserves the right to update these terms, adjust commission rates, pause the program, or remove affiliates at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
