Venneir

1. General
By participating in the Venneir Affiliate Program (“Program”), Publishers agree to these Terms & Conditions and to the Awin Network Terms. Venneir may amend the Program rules at any time; material changes will be communicated via the Awin dashboard or email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued participation after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. PPC (Pay-Per-Click)
Publishers may not bid on Venneir trademarked keywords (e.g. “Venneir”, “Venneir.com”) in any paid search campaign, nor use any trademarked terms in ad copy, meta tags, or URLs without prior written approval from Venneir’s affiliate management team. Any detected trademark infringement will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all pending commissions.

3. Transactions
Only completed sales tracked via your unique Awin tracking links are eligible for commission. “Completed” means the order has shipped and payment has cleared. Returns, chargebacks, taxes, shipping fees, and cancelled orders will be deducted from your commission. Venneir reserves the right to audit any transaction and adjust commissions if discrepancies are found.

4. Branding
All Venneir-branded assets (logos, product images, copy) must be used “as-is” and only from the official Awin asset library. No alterations, overlays, or custom edits are permitted. Any misuse or misrepresentation of Venneir branding may result in immediate account termination and revocation of earned commissions.

5. Commission
Standard commission rate is 8% of net order value (order total less VAT, shipping, taxes, and returns). Publishers generating over £10,000 in monthly sales qualify for a 10% rate. Seasonal bonuses may be offered at Venneir’s discretion and will be communicated in advance.

6. Notice Periods
Either Venneir or the Publisher may terminate participation in the Program at any time. Venneir will provide 14 days’ notice for non-cause termination; Publishers may opt out immediately via their Awin Dashboard. Pending commissions earned prior to the effective termination date will be paid in the next scheduled payout cycle.

7. Publishers
Eligibility is limited to legal entities or individuals holding a valid tax ID in their operating jurisdiction. Publishers must maintain a professional website or social channel that complies with all applicable laws (e.g., no adult, gambling, or illegal content). Venneir reserves the right to reject or remove any Publisher for any reason, including suspected fraud or policy violations.

8. De-Duplication
If multiple Publishers refer the same end-customer, only the last valid click (within a 30-day cookie window) is eligible for commission (“last-click wins”). Venneir uses Awin’s de-duplication protocols to ensure fair attribution; decisions are final. Publishers agree not to dispute legitimate de-duplication outcomes.

9. No False Claims
Publishers must not make any false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about Venneir products or services. All statements about features, benefits, pricing, availability, or performance must be accurate and verifiable. Violation of this clause will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all pending commissions.
