Garner Supply Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions
1. 🛍️ Program Overview
Garner Supply is a trusted provider of medical supplies, personal wellness products, and everyday essentials. We serve individuals, caregivers, and institutions across the U.S. with a broad catalog including medical, health & beauty, grocery, office, janitorial, furniture, and technology products. Our affiliate program offers partners a chance to earn on high-demand, essential items through ethical, brand-aligned promotion.
2. 💵 Commission Structure

Note: Commission is based on the net order value, excluding sales tax, delivery fees, credit card charges, and gift services. Garner Supply reserves the right to update commission rates with 7 days’ notice.
3. ✅ Eligible Transactions
Affiliates are eligible for commissions on:
Orders successfully completed and not returned or canceled
Items not restricted from commission (e.g., gift cards or excluded SKUs)
Valid tracked sessions within a 30-day cookie window
4. ❌ Disqualified Transactions
No commission will be paid if:
Order is canceled or returned
Customer fails payment or credit screening
The order was placed using an unauthorized coupon or brand-bidding ad
Duplicate or fraudulent orders are detected
Item was out of stock and not fulfilled
5. 🔍 Paid Search (PPC) Policy
PPC activity is prohibited unless explicitly approved in writing. This includes:
Bidding on Garner Supply brand terms (e.g., "Garner Supply", "garnersupply.com")
Misspellings or variations (e.g., "Garnar Supply")
Brand + promo or category keywords (e.g., "Garner Supply coupon", "Garner Supply walkers")
Affiliates violating PPC restrictions may have commissions declined or be removed from the program.
6. 🚫 Prohibited Promotional Methods
No impersonation of Garner Supply
No display URLs or ad copy using brand terms
No adult, gambling, extremist, or misleading content sites
No unauthorized coupon use or code manipulation
No use of expired or unapproved promotions
7. 🔄 De-duplication Policy
Commissions may be de-duplicated (not credited to affiliates) when sales are attributed to:
Garner Supply’s in-house email, referral, or direct marketing programs
Paid search or display advertising campaigns managed internally
Other affiliate networks running parallel offers
8. 🎨 Brand & Content Guidelines
Affiliates must:
Use the official black “G” logo on white background
Follow our brand colors: black, grey, white
Maintain a professional, supportive tone (no exaggerated claims)
Use accurate product titles and descriptions from garnersupply.com
Avoid misleading health claims or fear-based marketing
9. 🔧 Program Changes & Notifications
Garner Supply will provide at least 7 days’ notice for:
Changes to program terms or commission structure
Scheduled site maintenance that may affect tracking or availability
10.FTC DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS
You shall include a disclosure statement within any pages, blog/posts, or social media posts where affiliate links for our affiliate program are posted as an endorsement or review, and where it is not clear that the link is a paid advertisement. This disclosure statement should be clear and concise, stating that we are compensating you for your review or endorsement. If you received the product for free from us or from the affiliate management team for review, this also must be clearly stated in your disclosure.
- Disclosures must be made as close as possible to the claims.
- Disclosures should be placed above the fold; scrolling should not be necessary to find the disclosure. (e.g., Disclosure should be visible before the jump).
- Pop-up disclosures are prohibited.
For Social Media - before every review or any ad posted with an affiliate link, it must have #ad before the post if it includes a direct link to the merchant. You do not have to disclose if it's just directed to your blog post.
For any posts that have an affiliate link included and you have received a free product or you are endorsing a product, you must disclose before the review a brief disclosure stating that you received the product in return for an honest product review, and the post includes an affiliate link. Here is an example you can use:
Product was provided for free; however, the review is my honest opinion and includes affiliate links.

12. 🎟️ Coupon, Cashback & Content Affiliate Policy
Coupon Affiliates
Only approved coupon affiliates may promote Garner Supply offers or discount codes.
Each partner will receive a unique code for tracking and compliance.
Unauthorized or public use of private or expired coupon codes will result in declined commissions.
Coupon affiliates may not scrape, repost, or list unverified codes from external sources.
Cashback & Loyalty Affiliates
Cashback, reward, and loyalty sites are approved case-by-case based on incremental value and transparency.
Traffic that only appears at checkout (e.g., post-click “coupon lookups”) may be declined as non-incremental.
Content & Editorial Affiliates
Garner Supply prioritizes content partners including blogs, review sites, and editorial media.
Content partners are encouraged to use our official banners and lifestyle creatives.
Deep linking to specific product or category pages is supported and preferred.
Geographic Scope
The Garner Supply affiliate program is focused on U.S. customers only.
Sales generated from non-U.S. regions may not qualify for commission.
