Little Lies Affiliate Programme: Terms & Conditions
These guidelines are in place to protect both the Little Lies brand and our affiliate partners. By joining the programme, you agree to the following terms. Breaches may result in withheld commissions, removal from the programme, and, in serious cases, suspension without notice.
Brand Protection & Promotion
Do not use “Little Lies” or close variations in domain names, subdomains, or social media handles.
The brand name can appear after your domain (e.g. affiliatewebsite.com/littlelies) but not before it (e.g. littlelies.affiliatewebsite.com).
Do not comment on or engage with official Little Lies social platforms to redirect traffic to your own site.
Social handles or accounts impersonating Little Lies or incorporating the brand name are strictly prohibited.
Paid Search (PPC)
Bidding on “Little Lies” or variations (e.g. misspellings, “Little Lies discount”) is not permitted without written approval.
Brand name keywords must be excluded from all Google Ads, CSS, or other PPC campaigns.
Generic terms are allowed, but hybrid brand+generic searches (e.g. “Little Lies sale”) are not.
Discount & Voucher Code Usage
Only codes issued directly by Little Lies via the affiliate platform or directly are permitted.
Orders placed using an invalid or non affiliate code will be declined commission.
Do not display unauthorised or expired codes. If a code has expired, it must be removed or clearly marked as such.
Affiliates promoting unapproved voucher codes risk having commissions declined and removed from the program.
Cancelled Orders and Commission Validation
Commissions will not be paid on orders that are cancelled, returned, refunded or placed using an invalid or unauthorised code.

Creative & Messaging
Use only official imagery, copy, and creative provided via the platform or directly by the team.
Content must be up-to-date and must not misrepresent the brand or current offers.
Social & Influencer Disclosure
If using affiliate links in social media (e.g. Stories, Reels), clear disclosure (e.g. #ad) is required to comply with ASA standards.
Content Rights
By joining the programme, you grant Little Lies the right to reuse affiliate-generated content featuring our brand across our marketing channels, including social, email, and advertising.
