HeatMate Branding Guidelines

 

1. Introduction & Brand Story

HeatMate is a pioneer in advanced home heating and cooking appliances powered by graphite technology. Rooted in Japanese engineering and innovation, our products are designed for performance, simplicity, and everyday comfort. These guidelines ensure brand consistency across every touchpoint.

 

2. Logo Usage

Clear Space & Sizing:

Always leave adequate padding around the logo (equal to the height of the "H" in HeatMate).
Minimum width: 120px for digital use.

Don'ts:

Don’t distort or stretch the logo

Don’t use drop shadows or outlines

Don’t place on backgrounds that reduce visibility

 

3. Color Palette

Secondary Colors:

Usage Tip
Use primary colors for logos, buttons, and headlines. Use secondary colors for backgrounds, accents, and highlights.

 

4. Typography

Headings Font: “Inter Bold” (Headlines, Product Names)
Body text Font: “Inter” or system font for web body text

Body: "HeatMate uses graphite to reach 550°F in fractions of seconds."

 

5. Imagery & Photography Style

Visual Style:

Clean, soft natural light

Minimalist compositions

Focus on the product and application

Do Use:

Bright kitchens, cozy settings, real-life use cases

Avoid:

Cluttered scenes

Harsh shadows

Over-saturation or overly staged shots

 

6. Tone of Voice

Brand Personality:
Helpful, warm, and practical. Slightly editorial, never hype-driven.

Do Say:

"Cooks faster, no preheating needed."

"Designed for simplicity and speed."

Avoid Phrases Like:

"Whipped up in minutes"

"Baked to perfection"

Customer tip or review

Hashtags: Use a mix of branded (#HeatMate) and niche (#GraphiteToaster, #QuickMeals)

Voice: Friendly, informed, light on sales-speak

 

8. Affiliate & Partner Usage

What’s Allowed:

Use provided logos, banners, and product shots

Include #ad or "affiliate link" disclosures in posts

What to Avoid:

Altering the logo

Running PPC ads using the HeatMate brand name without approval
