Welcome to the Frolicme Affiliate Program, hosted on the Awin affiliate platform. By joining and participating in our program, you (the “Affiliate”, “Publisher”) agree to the following General Terms and Conditions, which govern your relationship with Frolicme and your participation in the promotion of Frolicme content and services.
1. Introduction
Frolicme is a unique and unrivalled premium online media platform, produced by a woman to focus on healthy sexuality, female pleasure and well-being, offering erotic films, audio erotica, erotic stories, sensual photography, and editorial content all produced in-house for an adult audience. Our affiliate program is designed to reward partners who refer high-quality traffic and paid subscribers to www.frolicme.com. These terms set out the rules and expectations for promoting Frolicme via Awin.
2. Commission Structure
- Commission Type: 25% off first-time subscription and all recurring commission thereafter for the lifetime of the membership.
- Cookie Duration: 30 days
- Qualifying Actions: Commission is paid on valid paid subscriptions only. Free trials, cancelled orders, or chargebacks are not eligible. We reserve the right to adjust commission rates or structures, with prior notice provided via Awin.
3. Affiliate Approval Criteria
Applications to the Frolicme program are reviewed manually. Approval is at our sole discretion and based on the following criteria:
- Publisher must be 18 years or older.
- Publisher content must be relevant to adult lifestyle, health and wellness, erotic art, or similar themes.

4. Prohibited Promotional Methods
The following practices are strictly prohibited:
- Bidding on Frolicme-branded keywords in search engines (including misspellings).
- Direct linking to Frolicme.com in paid search ads.
- Using Frolicme's name, brand, or logos in ad copy without permission.
- Traffic from sites hosting or linking to illegal content.
- Promotion via email marketing without prior approval.
- Any incentivised traffic (e.g., offering rewards for clicks or sign-ups) without approval.
- Cookie stuffing, fake clicks, or fraudulent leads.
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
5. Creative Assets
Frolicme provides banners, links, and other promotional materials via Awin. Affiliates:
- Must use only the approved creatives provided unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- May not alter logos, imagery, or content without permission.
- May request custom creatives via Awin messages or from support@frolicme.com
6. Content & Compliance Guidelines
Given the adult nature of Frolicme’s offering:
- All affiliate promotions must target an adult (18+) audience only.
- Frolicme may not be promoted on platforms or in countries where adult content is prohibited.
- Affiliates must comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant privacy laws.
7. Tracking & Payments
- Sales and conversions are tracked via Awin’s tracking system.
- Payments are processed by Awin on their standard payment schedule.
- Frolicme is not responsible for missed or delayed payments outside its control.
- Discrepancies in tracking must be reported within 30 days.
8. Termination & Account Removal
Frolicme reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to:
- Breach of these General Terms or Awin’s policies.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
- Brand misrepresentation or reputational risk.
Upon termination, no further commissions will be paid, including for pending conversions.
9. Limitation of Liability
Frolicme shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or data. Participation in this program is at the affiliate’s own risk.
10. Changes to Terms
Frolicme may update these terms from time to time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes via Awin. Continued participation in the program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
