Program Terms & Eligibility
Eligible Websites:
- Affiliates must operate a legal, publicly accessible website or platform (blog, social media, email newsletter, etc.).
- Prohibited Content: Websites promoting or containing the following are not eligible:
- Adult/pornographic material
- Politically partisan or extremist content
- Religious proselytization or sectarian discourse
- Hate speech, violence, or illegal activities
- Deceptive, fraudulent, or malicious practices
Compliance:
- Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws (e.g., GDPR, FTC guidelines) and disclose affiliate links appropriately.
- Content must align with Audiobooks for Everyone’s brand values (inclusive, family-friendly, educational).
Approval & Termination:
- We reserve the right to review/approve affiliate applications and reject or terminate partnerships for non-compliance.
- Violations of these terms may result in withheld commissions or immediate removal from the program.
General Rules:
- Affiliates may not use spam, paid ads with trademarked terms, or incentivized traffic.
- All promotional content must be truthful and not misleading.
Updates:
- Terms may be updated periodically. Continued participation implies acceptance of revised conditions.
