1. Commission & Tracking
Affiliates earn 10% commission on valid sales generated through their unique tracking links.
Our tracking cookie duration is 30 days. Commission will be attributed to the last referring affiliate within this window.
Commission is paid on the final sale value, excluding VAT, shipping, and returns.
2. Payout & Validation
All commissions are subject to a validation period of up to 30 days post-sale to allow for cancellations or returns.
Only completed, non-refunded orders are eligible for commission.
3. Promotion Guidelines
Affiliates must represent Supp accurately and must not make false or misleading health claims.
Promotions must comply with UK/EU supplement marketing regulations — e.g., no claims that our products treat, prevent, or cure medical conditions.
Do not use PPC bidding on branded search terms (e.g., “Supp supplements”) or misspellings without prior approval.
4. Code Usage
Only affiliate links provided via Awin will be tracked for commission.
Any unauthorised use of voucher or discount codes may result in commission being declined.
5. Brand Representation
Affiliates should not replicate or misrepresent our website, brand, or product listings.
Do not use “Supp” in domains or social media handles without written permission.
6. Prohibited Content
We do not permit affiliate content that includes or promotes:
Medical advice or unverified health claims
Inappropriate, offensive, or misleading material
Any activity that violates applicable advertising laws
7. Termination
We reserve the right to remove affiliates from the programme at any time for non-compliance or misuse.
