Welcome to the Rhyle Swim Affiliate Program! We’re excited to partner with creators, influencers, and publishers who align with our values of confidence, clean design, and bold femininity. Please review the following terms before applying or promoting our brand.

Program Rules
No Paid Search on Brand Terms: Bidding on “Rhyle Swim” or close variants is strictly prohibited.
No Misrepresentation: Do not claim to be Rhyle Swim, falsely represent discounts, or impersonate our brand in any way.
Coupon Guidelines: Only promote coupons and discounts officially provided through the affiliate platform. Unauthorized coupon usage will result in commission reversals.
Link Placement: Affiliates must ensure links are placed on relevant, brand-safe content. No adult, political, or offensive material.
Influencer Disclosure: All posts must comply with FTC guidelines for affiliate disclosure (e.g., using #ad or #affiliate).

Creative & Branding
You may use official brand imagery provided via our Awin asset library or upon request.
Affiliate-created content is welcomed, provided it aligns with Rhyle Swim's visual identity: clean, natural lighting, high-quality visuals, and a coastal or minimal vibe.
Any custom graphics or creative content must not distort or misrepresent our products or brand.
We reserve the right to request removal or edits of any affiliate-created content that does not align with our brand.
Do not modify logos or product imagery without written permission.

Commission Reversals
We reserve the right to reverse commissions for:
Cancelled or refunded orders
Self-referrals
Fraudulent or suspicious transactions

Media Broker & Publisher Policy:
Rhyle Swim welcomes affiliate relationships with established media publishers and content commerce teams. If you are acting on behalf of a major publication (e.g., Hearst, Vox Media, Dotdash Meredith, etc.), please clearly disclose the associated site or client. We do not permit blind traffic reselling, undisclosed placements, or arbitrage-based media buying. All placements must reflect Rhyle Swim’s brand standards and align with our aesthetic and audience.

We reserve the right to remove affiliates at our discretion, particularly if terms are violated or if performance consistently falls below program standards.
