Eligibility
You must be at least 18+, US Only to participate in the MAGEASY Affiliate Program.
Participation is currently limited to individuals and entities approved via our affiliate platform.
Billing & Valid Conversions
Final billable conversions are determined based on MAGEASY’s authorised tracking system (e.g. Awin).
A valid conversion is defined as a completed purchase with accurate customer information and no cancellations, returns, or fraudulent activity.
The following types of actions are considered invalid and non-payable, including but not limited to:
- Use of fraudulent or stolen credit cards
- False, duplicated, or incomplete customer data
- Cancelled or returned orders
- Use of unauthorized, expired, or restricted coupon/promo codes
- Conversions obtained through misleading or non-compliant activity
MAGEASY reserves the sole right to determine the validity of any transaction.
Commission Terms
Affiliates may earn up to 10% commission on qualifying net sales.
Higher commission rates may be available to select, high-performing partners upon review.
Commissions shall be paid monthly based on approved transactions from the preceding month. Transactions not approved within the applicable payment cycle shall be carried over to the next payment period.
A 30-day cookie window applies for conversion tracking.
Affiliates may not use MAGEASY’s name, logo, or product imagery in a way that implies official partnership, endorsement, or co-branding without prior written approval.
Affiliates are prohibited from representing themselves as MAGEASY or acting as if their promotional activity is directly instructed by or authorised by MAGEASY.
Promo Code & Discount Policy
The advertiser reserves the right to restrict certain “non-affiliate program” promo codes. As a result, any transactions associated with those unauthorized discounts will be considered invalid conversions and will not qualify for commission.
Email Marketing Policy
Affiliates engaging in email marketing must comply fully with all applicable regulations, including the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act. In addition, the following MAGEASY-specific requirements must be observed:
- All emails must include a clear and functional opt-out (unsubscribe) link
- A valid physical mailing address of the sender must be included.
- Misleading “From” names or subject lines are prohibited
All suppression lists must be downloaded and scrubbed prior to any campaign launch. Failure to comply will result in disqualification. You MUST set up links and contact methods such that any complaints or unsubscribe requests are directed to you or your support staff, and not to MAGEASY or any of its marketing partners. Failure to manage complaints properly may result in removal from the affiliate program. If your email content mentions MAGEASY, its products, or any promotional offer related to MAGEASY, you must use only pre-approved “From” names and subject lines provided by MAGEASY. Avoid any unauthorized or misleading references to MAGEASY in the subject line, sender information, or email body.
Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not bid on MAGEASY brand keywords, including but not limited to “MAGEASY,” “MAGEASY case,” “MAGEASY promo code,” or any variation or misspelling thereof. Trademark bidding, impersonation, or unauthorised use of brand terms in search, display URLs, or social ads is prohibited.
Listing MAGEASY on unauthorised third-party platforms, marketplaces, or affiliate networks is not allowed.
Affiliates may not present themselves as "official representatives," “exclusive distributors,” or claim brand-level endorsement without written consent.
Compliance & Enforcement
MAGEASY retains full discretion in determining compliance. Violations of these terms may result in the following:
First Violation – Written warning and temporary suspension of commissions
Second Violation – Cancellation of commissions from all affected transactions
Third Violation or Serious Breach – Permanent removal from the affiliate program and forfeiture of all unpaid earnings
MAGEASY reserves the right to terminate any affiliate relationship at any time if activities are deemed non-compliant, harmful to the brand, or misleading in any way.
