Affiliates must comply with Zayla’s brand standards and promotional policies to remain in good standing. Use of approved brand assets is required for all creative placements, and all promotional messaging should reflect Zayla’s voice—elevated, sophisticated, and trustworthy.
Unauthorized use of discount codes, misleading product claims, or promotion on low-quality coupon or cashback sites is strictly prohibited. Content must not appear alongside adult, political, or otherwise misaligned material.
Paid search (PPC) advertising is not allowed under any circumstances. This includes bidding on branded or non-branded keywords, directing traffic to Zayla’s website through paid ads, or using jewelry-related search terms in any paid media campaigns. Affiliates found in violation will be removed from the program and forfeit any related commissions.
Brand bidding on search engines (including misspellings or variations) is also prohibited.
We reserve the right to decline or remove affiliates at our discretion if any terms are violated or if promotional practices are deemed inconsistent with Zayla’s values and brand identity.
