Vollie Affiliate Program Terms
Welcome to the Vollie Affiliate Program on Awin! We’re excited to partner with publishers who share our mission to make salon-quality haircare more accessible. Below are the terms and guidelines for participating in our program. Please note – this program operates with a 7 day closure notice period
Commission Structure
Affiliates earn 10% commission on all successful transactions (excluding returns, cancellations, and fraudulent activity).
Commission is calculated on the net sale amount, excluding shipping, taxes, and discounts.
Cookie Duration
Our program offers a 30-day cookie window, giving you credit for purchases made within 30 days of the customer clicking your tracking link.
Payout Conditions
Commissions are paid on validated and approved transactions only.
Transactions are typically approved 30–45 days after the order is placed to account for returns.
Promo Codes & Offers
Affiliates may only promote authorized discount codes provided through Awin.
Use of unauthorized or scraped codes may result in commissions being declined.
Paid Search & Trademark Policy
Affiliates may not bid on branded terms such as “Vollie,” “Vollie Hair,” or similar variations in paid search campaigns.
Affiliates may not run paid ads that link directly to the Vollie website using their affiliate link. Ads must link to the affiliate’s own content or landing page.
Use of “Vollie” in ad copy, display URLs, or domains is prohibited.
Creative Assets & Branding
Only approved creative provided by Vollie through Awin may be used.
Affiliates may not alter Vollie’s branding or messaging without written permission.
Misuse of branding may result in removal from the program.
Prohibited Content & Conduct
Affiliates may not promote Vollie:
On websites containing adult content, hate speech, violence, or illegal activity
In a misleading or deceptive way (e.g., false claims or unauthorized guarantees)
Through unsolicited email or SMS marketing without prior written approval
Intellectual Property Rights
All logos, product names, images, copy, and creative materials provided by Vollie remain the sole property of Vollie. Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved assets solely for promotional purposes in accordance with these terms.
Limitation of Liability
Vollie is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in this program. Affiliates assume full responsibility for ensuring their promotional activities comply with applicable laws and platform policies.
Termination
Vollie reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time, with or without cause. This includes, but is not limited to, violations of program terms, misuse of brand assets, or fraudulent activity. Upon termination, unpaid commissions may be forfeited at Vollie’s discretion.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. The affiliate relationship is entered into with Beauty Schoolhouse, LLC, the legal distributor of Vollie products. Any disputes arising from this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Jersey.
