VISCATA Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to individuals participating in the program both as merchants (“we”, “VISCATA”) and as affiliates (“you”, “affiliate”) who refer customers to our website and products.
By joining the Program, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not authorized to register or participate as an affiliate.
Approval or Rejection of Registration
We reserve the right to approve or reject any Affiliate Program application at our sole discretion. You have no legal recourse if your application is declined.
VISCATA is seeking passionate fashion-focused content creators and affiliates to help promote our handcrafted, Mediterranean-inspired footwear collections. We welcome partnerships with a wide range of platforms—including blogs, social media influencers, content creators, and fashion-focused communities—that share our aesthetic and resonate with our customers.
While we may work with individual creators, we also actively seek collaborations with content networks, digital magazines, online newspapers, and media platforms—as long as they maintain a strong focus on fashion and lifestyle, and align with VISCATA’s Mediterranean-inspired aesthetic and audience values. Authentic alignment with our brand identity is essential for all partnerships, regardless of the platform type.
Whether you create content on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, editorial blogs, newsletters, or other digital or social channels, we’re excited to connect with partners who can authentically represent VISCATA’s elegant, modern Mediterranean style.
If you are part of a larger content network or affiliate group, we request transparency regarding which specific partners or platforms will be promoting VISCATA. This visibility is essential to ensure consistency with our brand identity and messaging.
Links & Coupons
Your affiliate link will be generated automatically, and you may also create links for specific products or collections.
If a customer clicks on another affiliate’s link and later clicks on yours, the most recent link (yours) will be credited.
You may be assigned a branded coupon code, with usage details available on your affiliate dashboard. If a customer uses both your coupon and your affiliate link, only one commission will be counted.
If you are not assigned a coupon, you may only promote coupons that we explicitly provide to you (e.g., free shipping codes for affiliates).
You are permitted to promote VISCATA through your digital channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, blogs), or through offline methods such as classified ads, magazines, or newspapers.
Commissions and Payments
You will earn a commission for every customer you refer who completes a purchase on our website. Commission amounts are calculated based on the order value and the type of client ( new vs recurrent) , excluding taxes, shipping fees, and any additional charges.
To receive payments, you must complete your payment information in your affiliate account settings. Payment dates will be communicated on the Payments page.
We will only issue payments for completed transactions. Orders that result in cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks are not eligible for commission. Commission status will be displayed in your Commissions tab; any paid commissions will be listed in the Payments tab.
