Eligibility Requirements
To join the theXuit Affiliate Program, applicants must be at least 18 years old and reside in regions where the program is legally permitted. theXuit reserves the right to approve or reject applications at its sole discretion.
2. Program Acceptance & Termination
Acceptance into the program is at the sole discretion of theXuit. We may terminate your participation at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice. Upon termination, your right to earn commissions and access promotional materials ceases immediately.
3. Promotion & Content Guidelines
All promotional activities must accurately represent theXuit and its products, adhere to truthful advertising standards, and comply with applicable laws. Use of the company’s logos, branding, and images must follow provided brand guidelines. Affiliates should create original content focusing on how our accessories solve battery issues for high-tech gadgets.
4. Disclosure & Compliance
Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with theXuit when promoting products in accordance with FTC or applicable local laws, including appropriate disclaimers such as: "I am an affiliate of theXuit and may earn commissions from purchases made through my links."
5. Payment & Tracking
- Commission Rate: 5% of the total sale amount for each referred sale.
- Payment Schedule: Payments are processed monthly, within 15 days after each calendar month ends.
- Payment Method: Payments are made via bank transfer or PayPal, based on your preferred method submitted during registration.
- Tracking & Reporting: Sales are tracked via unique referral links and cookies. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring proper use of tracking links.
6. Non-Compete & Exclusivity
Affiliates are free to promote other brands and products but must not promote competing accessories or gadgets during the term of the partnership if exclusivity is specified in a separate agreement.
7. Liability & Indemnification
Affiliates are solely responsible for their promotional content and activities. TheXuit is not liable for any claims, damages, or legal issues arising from the affiliate’s promotional efforts. Affiliates agree to indemnify theXuit against any damages or claims resulting from their activities.
8. Changes to the Program
theXuit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the affiliate program or any of its terms at any time. Notice of such changes will be provided via email or through the program platform.
9. Confidentiality
Affiliates may access confidential information related to the program. They agree to keep such information private and not disclose it to third parties.
10. Legal & Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your Location].
11. Miscellaneous
- This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties.
- If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
