1. Program Overview
HOROW is a fast-growing brand focused on high-quality kitchen and bathroom products, with hygiene-first innovation at its core. Since 2020, we’ve been delivering modern solutions that blend craftsmanship, technology, and design. Our affiliate program welcomes publishers across Germany to promote our wall hung toilets, bathroom sinks, and other bathroom products through approved marketing channels.

3. Traffic & Promotion Guidelines
To ensure brand integrity and a consistent customer experience, all affiliates must adhere to the following:
Brand Terms: Bidding on HOROW-branded keywords (e.g., “HOROW toilet”) is not allowed.
URL Usage: Affiliates may not register domains or social accounts using “HOROW” or close variants.
Coupon Policy: Only promote coupons officially provided by HOROW or through Awin. Unauthorized coupon usage will result in commission cancellation.
Prohibited Channels:
Unsolicited email (spam)
Misleading, deceptive, or offensive content
Sites promoting illegal or adult content
Allowed Channels: Content sites, blogs, product review platforms, influencer campaigns, newsletters, and social media pages targeting the German audience.
4. Program Eligibility & Termination
Affiliates must comply with Awin’s code of conduct and German advertising regulations.
HOROW reserves the right to suspend or remove affiliates at any time due to non-compliance, fraud, inactivity, or policy violations.
Suspended accounts forfeit unpaid commissions tied to any unauthorized activity.
5. Intellectual Property
All promotional materials (logos, banners, images, text) remain the property of HOROW. Usage is permitted only for approved affiliates and must be removed upon termination of the partnership.
6. Program Modifications
HOROW may update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted in the affiliate portal and/or communicated via email. Continued participation constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
