1. Approval & Eligibility

All affiliate partners must be approved before joining the Paolita program. We are looking for partners who align with our brand values and audience. We reserve the right to decline or terminate participation at any time, including for non-compliance or misalignment.

2. Prohibited Affiliate Practices

We do not permit partnerships with websites or entities that:

Are under construction or lack clear, relevant content.

Contain adult, violent, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate content.

Promote illegal activities, hate speech, drug use, or political extremism.

Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical behaviour (e.g., spyware, phishing, black hat SEO).

Compete directly with Paolita or act against our brand’s interests.

Additionally, affiliates may not:

Use frames or masked URLs to display the Paolita website.

Purchase domains including "Paolita," any registered trademarks, or misspellings/variations.

Alter creatives or links provided via AWIN.

Hardcode creatives—dynamic links must be used to ensure timely updates.

3. Paid Search (PPC) Policy

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on brand, product, or generic search terms that direct to the Paolita site. Orders resulting from such PPC activity will not be credited and may lead to immediate removal from the program.

4. Content Standards

Affiliates may not post offensive, harmful, or misleading content.
Social media posts must include clear disclosure (e.g., #ad) when promoting Paolita.
We reserve the right to block or remove affiliates who do not comply with our brand guidelines.

5. Promotional Code Usage

Only promotional codes provided through the AWIN platform may be used.
Any transactions using unauthorised or third-party codes will not be credited and may result in removal from the program.

6. Transaction Validation & Commission Payout

All transactions are subject to validation against internal KPIs and quality checks. Paolita reserves the right to decline commissions for:

Cancelled or returned orders.

Orders generated through non-compliant activity.

Fraudulent or misattributed conversions.

Only valid last-click transactions will be credited. Validation occurs within 45 days of the transaction date. We reserve the right to cancel unpaid commissions and terminate partnerships without notice in case of violations.

7. Cookie Duration

Our affiliate program operates on a 30-day cookie window.
Sales are attributed to the last referring affiliate if the order is completed within this period, provided the cookie has not been overwritten.

8. Trademark and Brand Use

Use of Paolita’s trademarks, logos, or other brand assets is permitted only via AWIN assets or with explicit written approval.
Misuse or misrepresentation of the brand may result in immediate removal.

9. Email Marketing Restrictions

Affiliates may not promote Paolita via email marketing without prior approval.
All email campaigns must comply with applicable laws (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

10. Confidentiality

Any non-public information shared by Paolita (e.g., product launches, campaign timelines, performance data) must remain confidential unless explicitly authorised for public use.

11. Program Changes

Paolita reserves the right to update or modify these terms, commission structures, or creatives at any time.
Where possible, affiliates will be notified in advance of any significant changes.

12. Reconsideration Process

If your application is rejected, it may be due to unclear relevance or a violation of these terms.
You may reapply by sharing specific plans for how you intend to promote Paolita, including all associated URLs.
