Flood Buzz Affiliate Program – General Terms

To maintain the integrity of the Flood Buzz brand and ensure a successful partnership, all affiliates must adhere to the following terms. Breach of these terms may result in the forfeiture of all commissions and immediate removal from the program.
1. Brand Approval and Communication
All advertising copy, creative assets, and marketing placements must be submitted for approval by Flood Buzz prior to publication.
Affiliates must maintain weekly contact with their assigned Account Manager to remain in good standing.
No promotions, discounts, coupon codes, or other incentives may be advertised without written approval from a Flood Buzz Account Manager.
2. Compliance and Disclosures
Affiliates are solely responsible for complying with all relevant advertising regulations, including (but not limited to) the FTC Endorsement Guides and local advertising laws.
Affiliates must clearly disclose that their content is monetized and that they may earn a commission from referred sales.
3. Prohibited Tactics
Use of bots, scrapers, malware, misleading tactics, or illegal methods to generate clicks or sales is strictly prohibited.
Paid search traffic must negatively match against “Flood Buzz” and all brand-related keywords.
Programmatic and paid media campaigns require prior written approval.
4. Content and Representation
Affiliates agree to represent Flood Buzz positively and accurately. Any negative or critical content (such as comparative reviews or product warnings) must be submitted for review and approval before publishing.
User-submitted promo codes or promotions may not be collected or displayed on affiliate sites.
5. Commission Eligibility
Commissions are only payable on legitimate transactions.
Wholesale purchases may be eligible for commission at Flood Buzz’s discretion—contact your Account Manager for approval.
Fraudulent or self-referral orders are strictly disqualified.
6. Asset Updates
Affiliates must update images, copy, and assets to the latest approved version within seven (7) days of notification by Flood Buzz.
By participating in the Flood Buzz Affiliate Program, you agree to the terms outlined above. Violations may result in temporary suspension or permanent removal from the program.
