By participating in the KAYTEA Affiliate Program through Awin, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before registering.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old.
You must have a valid website, blog, or social media platform that aligns with our guidelines.
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding affiliate marketing.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
Promotion: Affiliates are responsible for promoting KAYTEA products via approved channels, including websites, blogs, and social media platforms. All promotions must follow KAYTEA’s branding and content guidelines.
Compliance: Affiliates must comply with Awin’s terms, as well as all KAYTEA-specific guidelines and policies for advertising.
Prohibited Activities: Affiliates may not engage in:
Spamming or unsolicited emails.
Misleading or false advertising.
Use of paid search ads that infringe on KAYTEA’s trademarked keywords.
Manipulation of affiliate links or the use of cloaking methods.
3. Commission Structure
Commission Rates: Affiliates will earn a percentage of the sale generated through their referral link. Commission details will be available in the Awin affiliate dashboard.
Payment Terms: Payments will be processed monthly via PayPal or bank transfer once the affiliate reaches the minimum payout threshold.
Cookie Duration: The cookie duration is set to 30 days. This means affiliates will earn a commission on sales made within 30 days of a customer clicking their affiliate link.
4. Affiliate Link & Tracking
Tracking: All sales will be tracked through unique affiliate links provided by Awin. Affiliates must use these links correctly to ensure sales are properly attributed.
Link Modifications: Affiliates may not alter or shorten their affiliate links. Doing so will lead to account suspension or termination.
5. Intellectual Property
Use of Assets: Affiliates are granted access to KAYTEA’s branding assets, including logos, product images, and banners. These must be used solely to promote KAYTEA products in accordance with the guidelines.
Trademark Use: Affiliates may not use KAYTEA’s trademarks in ways that could cause confusion or imply direct representation unless specifically authorized by KAYTEA.
6. Account Suspension & Termination
Termination by KAYTEA: KAYTEA reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation at any time for reasons including but not limited to violation of these terms, unethical promotion practices, or breach of applicable laws.
Termination by Affiliate: Affiliates may cancel their participation at any time via their Awin dashboard or by contacting the KAYTEA affiliate support team.
Suspension: KAYTEA reserves the right to suspend any account during the investigation of suspicious or unethical activity.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
Affiliate Data: KAYTEA collects and processes personal data in compliance with GDPR and data protection regulations for the purposes of managing the affiliate program.
Customer Data: Affiliates are prohibited from collecting or using personal customer data unless necessary to complete a transaction.
8. Liability & Disclaimers
Earnings Disclaimer: KAYTEA does not guarantee specific earnings. Your success in the program will depend on various factors, including your marketing efforts and customer engagement.
Limitation of Liability: KAYTEA and Awin are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from participation in the program.
9. Modifications to Terms
KAYTEA reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes, and continued participation in the program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
