**Eco Ride Zone Affiliate Programme – General Terms and Conditions**
By joining the Eco Ride Zone affiliate programme, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
### 1\. **Eligibility**
Affiliates must have an active website, blog, or social media presence with relevant content.
We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
### 2\. **Commission Structure**
Affiliates will earn a commission on qualifying sales generated through tracked affiliate links.
Commission rates may vary based on performance and promotions, and will be communicated in advance.
### 3\. **Payout Terms**
Commissions are paid once a month, typically within 30 days of the end of the month.
Sales are only considered valid once the order is completed and not returned or refunded.
Payouts are made via the affiliate platform's standard payment methods.
### 4\. **Prohibited Activities**
Affiliates may not:
Use misleading or false advertising.
Bid on Eco Ride Zone branded keywords or misspellings in paid search campaigns.
Use spam or unsolicited emails to promote affiliate links.
Imitate or copy our website design or branding.
Promote on coupon or discount sites without prior approval.
### 5\. **Promotional Guidelines**
All promotions must accurately represent Eco Ride Zone products and policies.
Affiliates may use approved creatives, banners, and text links provided via the affiliate dashboard.
Any custom creative must be approved before use.
### 6\. **Returns and Cancellations**
If a referred customer cancels or returns their order, the commission for that transaction will be voided or deducted from future payments.
### 7\. **Term and Termination**
This agreement begins upon acceptance into the programme and remains in effect until terminated.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.
Violations of these terms may result in suspension or termination of affiliate privileges and forfeiture of pending commissions.
### 8\. **Modifications**
Eco Ride Zone reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes.
By continuing to participate in the programme, you accept these terms and any future updates.
