Affiliate Program Terms
By joining the Arctic Fox Hair Color Affiliate Program, you agree to these terms.
1. Enrollment: We can accept or reject applications. Provide accurate info. You're at least 18.
2. Affiliate Links & Promotion: Use your unique Affiliate Links to promote our products and services ethically and legally. You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship with Arctic Fox Hair Color in all promotions.
Specifically regarding coupon and deal sites: Unless you have received explicit written approval from us to promote our offers on such platforms, posting your Affiliate Links or any promotional codes on coupon websites or similar deal-sharing sites is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to withhold commissions on any sales that are found to have originated from unauthorized coupon site postings. Furthermore, any violation of this clause may result in immediate termination from the Affiliate Program. You must adhere to any specific guidelines we provide regarding coupon and promotional code distribution.
3. Content Requirements: As a member of the affiliate program, you agree to the following content requirements:
Affiliate Link in Bio: You must place your unique affiliate link in the bio of any social media profiles you use for promotion.
Minimum Posts: You are required to post at least two times per quarter on a social media platform promoting Arctic Fox Hair Color. This requirement does not apply if you are an active paid campaign influencer or have been directed otherwise by a representative from Arctic Fox Hair Color.
4. Restrictions: No spam, misleading claims, or unauthorized use of our brand. No self-referrals generally. Follow our guidelines for coupon/deal sites and paid ads.
5. Commissions & Payments: Earn 15% commission on valid sales generated through your unique Affiliate Links. We also offer your audience a 15% discount when they use your link or code. Please note that orders that are refunded, canceled, or do not successfully go through will not count towards your commission earnings. Payments are made once a month on the first of the month, provided your accrued earnings meet the minimum payout threshold of $100. We are responsible for tracking sales, and you are responsible for handling any taxes associated with your earnings. Rates and further details are also available in your affiliate dashboard.
6. Termination: You or we can end this anytime with notice. We may terminate for violations or harm to our brand. You may lose unpaid commissions if we terminate due to your breach.
7. Intellectual Property: Our logos and trademarks are ours. You get a limited license to use affiliate links.
8. Disclaimer: We provide the program "as is" without warranties.
9. Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the commissions paid to you in the last 30 days. We're not liable for indirect damages.
10. Indemnification: You protect us from claims related to your participation or breach of these terms.
11. Governing Law & Disputes: California law governs. Disputes will be resolved in California courts.
12. Modifications: We can change these terms anytime by posting updates. Continued participation means you agree.
13. Entire Agreement: This is the whole agreement.
