Toothfairy Affiliate Programme – Terms & Conditions

🧾 Commission Structure
As an affiliate, you’ll earn £200 for each successful referral. A referral is considered successful when all of the following has been completed:
- The referee books a free video consultation informing the dentist of your unique referral code.
- The referee signs up for a Toothfairy treatment straightening plan.
- The referee attends their first in-person clinical appointment.
Only referrals that meet these criteria will be eligible for commission.
🎁 Exclusive Discount for Your Referees
Each affiliate will be given a unique discount code to share. When used by a referral, this code provides:
- £100 off their treatment plan
- Free professional whitening worth £399
This incentive increases conversions and helps you offer real value to your audience.
🔍 Tracking & Validation
- We use meta tagging and tracked links to monitor who books a consult via your promotions.
- To qualify for commission, the referral must complete the process using your code or link from the start.
- Self-referrals or duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will not be paid.
⏳ Payment Terms
- Payments are made through the AWIN platform.
- Once a referral has reached the in-person appointment stage and passed internal verification, the commission will be approved for payout.
- Payout timing will follow AWIN’s regular commission cycles.

We ask that all affiliates promote Toothfairy in a way that is:
- Honest, transparent, and in line with ASA (Advertising Standards Authority) and CAP Code guidelines.
- Clear in disclosing any paid or incentivised partnerships. #AD
- Respectful of our brand identity and reputation.
Toothfairy reserves the right to suspend or remove affiliates found in breach of these guidelines or using misleading marketing tactics.
✏️ Programme Changes
We may update or adjust the affiliate programme, including commission rates and incentives, with notice. Any changes will be communicated via AWIN or email.
