Chattr Affiliate Programme Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions, together with the AWIN Partner Terms and Conditions, set out the terms of your participation in the Chattr Affiliate Programme.
1. Chattr Campaign Elements
The Affiliate agrees to use the Chattr campaign elements only on the Affiliate’s platforms (websites, social channels, newsletters managed by the Affiliate) and only in connection with the AWIN tracking link. The Affiliate must not modify Chattr campaign materials or use them to create new content, unless Chattr has given express written permission.
2. Content and Promotional Material
The Affiliate must submit any content or promotional material they create and propose to use in connection with the AWIN tracking links on their platforms to Chattr for prior approval.
Chattr will review this content within a reasonable time (no longer than five working days).
Approval will not be unreasonably refused or delayed.
Affiliates must not use content or promotional material that Chattr has not approved.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
The Affiliate must not use the Affiliate Platforms, Affiliate Links, or any other media in its control:
a) in a way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect.
b) to generate artificial traffic to the Chattr website, such that user numbers are inflated.
c) to utilise a checkout code obtained through, or otherwise refer to, another Chattr referral program (including any “refer-a-friend” scheme) in conjunction with the Affiliate Link.
d) to bid on Chattr brand-related keywords within paid search, or on any third-party advertising system based on keywords, without Chattr’s prior approval.
If Chattr discovers a breach of (b), (c), or (d), Chattr may terminate this agreement immediately by giving notice to the Affiliate. In such circumstances, the Affiliate must:
promptly refund all Payouts already paid to them in respect of the unauthorised activity; and
waive all outstanding Payouts owed to them at the date of termination.
4. Updates to the Terms and Conditions
Chattr may update these terms and conditions from time to time by publishing a new version on the AWIN platform. Affiliates will be notified in advance of updates via a suitable method.
Continued participation in the Chattr Affiliate Programme after the date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If an Affiliate does not agree to any update, they must notify Chattr and remove all Affiliate Links from their platforms.
