Welcome to the Lower Lodge Candles affiliate programme, managed in partnership with AWIN. To ensure a fair and successful experience for everyone involved, we’ve set out the following Terms and Conditions governing participation in our affiliate programme, which are in addition to those provided to the parties by AWIN.
We may occasionally need to update these terms to reflect changes in our business or the affiliate landscape. Where possible, we will provide at least 7 days’ notice of any material changes that may affect affiliates.
Transaction Enquiries
To investigate any transaction-related issues, affiliates must provide the following details:
- Product name(s)
- Order date
- Order number
We’re unable to process transaction queries that do not include all of this information.
Intellectual Property
Affiliates are permitted to use the name ‘Lower Lodge Candles’ and our logo solely for the purposes of promoting our products in accordance with this affiliate programme.
Domain Name Usage
Subject to the Intellectual Property clause above, affiliates are not permitted to register or use trade marks, domain names or trading names containing “Lower Lodge Candles” or our logo or any variations thereof, including misspellings, added characters/images, or hyphenated versions that may cause confusion or imply any formal association between us and the affiliate beyond this affiliation programme.
Use of Promotional Codes
Only voucher codes explicitly distributed via the Lower Lodge Candles affiliate programme or our affiliate management team may be promoted.
Unauthorised promotion of codes or discounts by an affiliate may result in withheld commissions or removal from the programme. Commission will also be declined where voucher codes are used in conjunction with cashback offers.
Website Requirements
All participating affiliate websites, platforms or social media accounts (‘sites’) must be live, active, and primarily targeted at a UK audience. We reserve the right to reject or remove any affiliate’s site from the programme, which, at our sole discretion:
- is visually unappealing or largely or completely inactive
- contains adult or explicit content
- contains religious or politically motivated content
- displays tobacco or weapon advertisements makes use of excessive pop-ups, pop-unders, or disruptive ad formats
-misuses any of our trade names or marks, or is otherwise in breach of any of the above terms
-threatens or appears contrary to our brand values and/or commercial interests
Please note - this programme operates with a 7 day closure notice period
