Cufflinks.com Affiliate Program Terms
Thank you for your interest in promoting Cufflinks.com through the Awin network.
By joining our affiliate program, you agree to the following terms:
- Commission: Affiliates earn 5% commission on validated sales. Commissions are calculated on the net order value, excluding shipping, taxes, gift cards, returns, and cancellations.
- Cookie Duration: 30 days from the last-click referral.
- Voucher Code Policy: Only voucher codes provided by Cufflinks.com or Awin are authorized for promotion. Use of unauthorized codes may result in commission reversals.
- Licensed Products: Certain licensed brands (including Disney, Marvel, and Warner Bros.) require pre-approval from licensors. Affiliates may not promote these products without written permission. Unauthorized promotion may lead to forfeited commissions or suspension.
- PPC Policy: Affiliates may not bid on brand terms, misspellings, or brand+generic combinations (e.g., "Cufflinks.com," "Cufflinks Inc," "Cufflinks promo"). Use of our brand in display URLs is not permitted.
- Domain and SEO Policy: Affiliates must not register domains or URLs that include or resemble the Cufflinks.com brand name or trademarks. Misrepresentation of affiliation with Cufflinks.com is prohibited.
- Creative Assets: Affiliates must use only approved banners, product images, and descriptions provided via Awin or directly from Cufflinks.com. Modifying branded content without permission is not allowed.
- Prohibited Content: Affiliates may not promote Cufflinks.com on websites or channels that include adult content, hate speech, discriminatory language, illegal activity, spyware, or misleading claims. Typosquatting and traffic hijacking are strictly prohibited.
- Compliance and Enforcement: Cufflinks.com reserves the right to remove or suspend any affiliate found in violation of these terms, engaging in fraudulent activity, or driving low-quality or non-compliant traffic. Commissions may be withheld or reversed as necessary.
By participating in the Cufflinks.com affiliate program, you agree to promote our brand with integrity and in accordance with these terms. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
