Bidding on Vinnic Power branded keywords in paid search campaigns is not allowed. Affiliates should utilize the approved brand materials provided in accordance with our guidelines. There is no limit on promotional methods, provided they adhere to these guidelines and all applicable laws and regulations.
6. Intellectual Property:
Vinnic Power retains all rights to its brand name, logos, and trademarks. Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved brand assets solely for the purpose of promoting Vinnic Power products under this affiliate program.
7. Term and Termination:
This agreement will commence upon acceptance of your application and will continue until terminated by either party. Vinnic Power reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time for cause, including but not limited to a breach of these terms. Affiliates may terminate this agreement with written notice as per the Awin platform's requirements. Upon termination, affiliates must cease all promotional activities and use of Vinnic Power brand materials.
8. Self-Referrals:
Self-referrals are not permitted. Affiliates will not earn commissions on purchases made through their own affiliate links.
9. Returns and Refunds:
If a referred customer returns a product for a refund, the corresponding commission may be adjusted or reversed as per the Awin platform's policies.
10. Modification of Terms:
Vinnic Power reserves the right to modify these affiliate program terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes through the Awin platform, and continued participation in the program after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
