1. Program Overview
Croix is on a mission to elevate everyday wellness by transforming the water you use daily—starting in the shower. Our premium filtered showerheads are designed to remove harsh contaminants, supporting vibrant skin, stronger hair, and an overall healthier lifestyle.
2. Commission Structure
Standard Commission: 20% per sale (excluding shipping, taxes, and returns)
Cookie Duration: 30 days
Self-Referrals: Not permitted
3. Promotional Guidelines
Promotion via blogs, media outlets, wellness websites, YouTube, and social media platforms is encouraged.
Email campaigns must comply with GDPR and CAN-SPAM regulations.
PPC (paid search) is not permitted.
No bidding on branded terms such as “Croix,” “Croix showerhead,” or “getcroix.com”.
Direct linking to our site from ads is not allowed.
4. Prohibited Practices
To maintain the integrity of our brand and community, the following are not allowed:
Misleading health or performance claims not supported by evidence
Using unauthorized coupon codes or exploiting promo loopholes
Using “Croix” or similar terms in your domain, usernames, or ad handles
Cookie stuffing, pop-ups, forced redirects, or spyware
Spammy, deceptive, or unethical marketing practices
Violations may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of commissions.
5. Content & Compliance
All content must reflect Croix accurately and remain up to date.
Affiliates must include clear FTC disclosures (e.g., #ad or "affiliate link").
Medical or exaggerated health claims must be avoided unless medically substantiated.
6. Brand Assets
Use only official banners, logos, and creative assets provided via Awin.
Do not modify Croix imagery or branding without prior written consent.
7. Program Management
Applications are typically reviewed within 3–5 business days.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate partnership at our discretion due to violations or activity that may conflict with Croix's mission and standards.
9. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Notice of changes will be made available via Awin. Continued participation implies agreement with the revised terms.
