General Conditions of Participation in the Affiliate Program of gold & gray jewelry/www.goldandgray.com (the “Advertiser”, “we” or “us”)

You can earn the agreed upon commission rate 8% as outlined in this program, as long as the order has been purchased through a qualifying link. A "Qualifying Link" is a link from the Partner’s site to the Advertiser’s site using one of the URLS provided by the Advertiser in the Program, on condition that it is the last link to the Advertiser’s site that the Customer uses during a Session where a sale of a product or a service to Customer occurs. A "Session" is the period of time beginning from a Customer's initial contact with our site via a link from the Partner’s site and terminating when the Customer either returns to our site via a link from a site other than the Partner’s site or the Program expires or is terminated.
These Affiliate Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") are made between gold & gray jewelry (the "Company") and the "Publisher." This Agreement governs the participation of the Publisher in the Company’s affiliate program to promote products and earn commissions on qualifying purchases.
All determinations of Qualifying Links and whether a commission is payable will be made by Awin and will be final and binding on all parties. Prices for the products will be set solely by the Advertiser in our discretion.
We shall have the sole right and responsibility for processing all orders made by Customers.
You acknowledge that all agreements relating to sales to Customers shall be between us and the Customer.
The Partner may only use coupons that have been approved by the Advertiser for the Program. Transactions will be cancelled if they were generated via outdated or expired coupons.
