Techurie Affiliate Program – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the Techurie Affiliate Program ("Program"), operated by [Neurith Media SL], with its registered office at Calle Ramon Turrò 16, Barcelona - Spain.
By registering for and participating in the Program, you agree to abide by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not participate in the Program.
2. Program Eligibility
2.1. Participation is free and open to individuals or legal entities who are at least 18 years old.
2.2. Techurie reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.
3. How the Program Works
3.1. Upon approval, you will receive a unique affiliate link to promote Techurie’s products and services.
3.2. You will earn a 40% commission on the net value of each sale made through your affiliate link, excluding any applicable taxes, refunds, or transaction fees.
3.3. A 30-day cookie window applies: if a user makes a purchase within 30 days of clicking your affiliate link, the sale will be attributed to you.
4. Payments
4.1. Commissions are paid monthly.
4.2. Payments are made via PayPal or bank transfer, based on the affiliate’s selected preference.
4.3. In the event of refunds or chargebacks, any previously paid commissions on those sales will be deducted from future payouts.
5. Affiliate Responsibilities
5.1. Affiliates must promote Techurie in an honest and lawful manner, without spam, deceptive practices, or violation of any third-party rights.
5.2. Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. Affiliates may not earn commissions on their own purchases.
5.3. Affiliates may not use Techurie’s logos, trademarks, or content without prior written consent.
5.4. Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and paying taxes on their earnings, in accordance with their local laws.
6. Term and Termination
6.1. This agreement is effective indefinitely until terminated by either party with a 7-day written notice via email.
6.2. Techurie reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account for violations of these Terms or actions deemed harmful to the brand.
7. Limitation of Liability
Techurie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Program. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the affiliate platform.
8. Amendments
Techurie may update or modify these Terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes via email or through the affiliate platform. Continued participation in the Program after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona.
