1. Brand Protection and Promotion Guidelines
Permissible Advertising: Affiliates are encouraged to promote OakViva products. However, we do not permit PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising or bidding on OakViva-related keywords. Affiliates should focus on organic methods such as SEO, content marketing, and social media promotion.
Brand Identity Integrity: Affiliates must not misrepresent OakViva’s brand or engage in deceptive marketing practices. All promotional materials must truthfully represent the brand and its products.
Restricted Practices: Affiliates are prohibited from:
Using misleading or “clickbait” content in promotions.
Violating trademark policies, including domain squatting or using the brand inappropriately.
Mimicking OakViva’s official branding or creating deceptive ads.
Approval of Promotional Materials: Affiliates must ensure that all promotional content adheres to OakViva’s guidelines. OakViva reserves the right to request changes to or withdraw permission for any promotional materials that do not meet our standards.
2. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn a 10% commission on all validated sales.
Cookie Duration: Commissions are earned on sales made within 30 days of the initial customer click-through.
Payout Schedule:
Initial payouts will be processed after 30 days, allowing for adjustments due to returns or cancellations.
Returns and chargebacks after this 30-day period will result in commission deductions from future payouts.
Affiliates can track their performance and earnings through the Awin dashboard for full transparency.
3. Payment Terms
Payments will be processed through Awin according to their regular payout schedule.
Affiliates must ensure their payment information in the Awin dashboard is accurate to avoid any payment delays.
4. Compliance and Ethical Practices
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, including GDPR and FTC disclosure requirements for affiliate marketing.
Any violations of these terms or unethical marketing practices will result in suspension or termination from the program.
5. Resources and Support
Marketing Materials: Affiliates will receive access to banners, product images, and seasonal promotional materials to help with marketing.
Affiliate Support: A dedicated support team is available at affiliates@oakviva.com to answer any questions, provide assistance, and help optimize campaigns.
6. Product Returns and Adjustments
OakViva offers a 30-day return policy for customers. In the event of a return:
Commissions for returned products will be deducted from future payouts.
Affiliates will be notified of any adjustments via the Awin dashboard.
7. Program Termination
OakViva reserves the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program at any time.
Affiliates will be notified of significant changes to the terms.
Affiliates who fail to comply with the program guidelines may be removed from the program without prior notice.
