1. Commission Structure:
Affiliates will earn Upto 10% commission for each sale made through their unique referral link.
The commission is based on the net sale value, excluding taxes, shipping, and any discounts applied.
2. Cookie Duration:
The referral link will be tracked for 30 days. If the referred customer completes a purchase within that period, the affiliate will receive commission for the sale.
4. Prohibited Activities: Affiliates must not:
Engage in spamming or any form of unsolicited advertising.
Use misleading or deceptive marketing techniques.
Promote the program using adult content or illegal activities.
5. Termination:
We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate’s participation in the program if they violate the terms and conditions.
Affiliates can leave the program at any time, with commission payouts based on completed transactions.
6. Program Modifications:
We may modify the program terms at any time, with notification sent to affiliates. Continued participation after modifications indicates acceptance of the new terms.
7. Liability:
YouSmell is not liable for any indirect damages resulting from the program. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
8. Confidentiality:
Affiliates agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the program.
