Program Terms

1. Commission Structure:

Affiliates will earn up to 10% commission for each sale made through their unique referral link.

The commission is based on the net sale value, excluding taxes, shipping charges, and discounts.

2. Cookie Duration:

The referral link will be tracked for 30 days. If the referred customer completes a purchase within that period, the affiliate will earn a commission for the sale.

3. Prohibited Activities:

Affiliates are prohibited from:

Spamming: Sending unsolicited emails or using aggressive marketing tactics.

Misleading Advertising: Any false claims or deceptive marketing practices.

Brand Bidding: Affiliates cannot bid on the brand name in paid search campaigns unless specifically authorized.

Illegal Content: Promoting the program through websites or content that is illegal or violates intellectual property rights.

4. Termination:

By the Advertiser: We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate’s participation in the program at any time for violations of the program terms.

By the Affiliate: Affiliates may leave the program at any time. Commissions earned up to the date of termination will be paid out as per the existing terms.

5. Program Modifications:

We may update the program terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes, and continued participation in the program will constitute acceptance of the new terms.

6. Liability Disclaimer:

Advertiser’s Liability: We are not responsible for any indirect damages resulting from participation in the affiliate program.

Affiliate’s Responsibility: Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their promotional methods comply with applicable laws, including advertising and data privacy regulations.

7. Confidentiality:

Affiliates agree to keep all confidential information regarding the affiliate program, including but not limited to sales data, marketing strategies, and terms, secure and not share it with unauthorized third parties.

8. Compliance with DSHEA Guidelines:

We ensure that all consumer-facing content, including advertisements, packaging, and website information, remains fully compliant with the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act (DSHEA). Our approach aims to highlight product benefits responsibly while maintaining emotional resonance with our customers.

Prohibited Claims (Red Flag Violations):

We do not make disease claims or medical claims unless specifically substantiated and FDA-compliant.

Examples of prohibited claims:

“Treats anxiety,” “Cures depression,” “Relieves pain,” “Heals PTSD.”

Medical terms like “Anti-inflammatory,” “Analgesic,” “Antidepressant.”

Language implying pharmaceutical alternatives like “Better than Xanax,” “Like Vicodin but natural.”

Any implication of diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of disease.

Allowed Claims (Green Flag Language):

We promote general wellness, support, and function without referring to treatment or diagnosis. Our messaging includes emotional resonance and customer stories.

Examples of acceptable claims:

“Take the edge off”

“Unwind”

“Feel more like myself”

“I feel less uneasy”

“Helps me get out of my shell”

“Helps alleviate discomfort”

“Feel looser”

“The discomfort is gone”

“My mobility is improved”

Safe Copywriting Guidelines:

We use safe and compliant language and avoid any clinical or medical statements that might suggest unapproved therapeutic uses.

Examples of phrases to avoid:

“Reduces anxiety”

“Relieves depression”

“Fixes chronic pain”

“Treats PTSD symptoms”

“Anti-inflammatory effects”
